Saturday, December 22, 2007 HAPPY HOLIDAYS!Happy Holidays! More snow is falling in the Minneapolis area. I took the picture below just moments ago. Just in time for Christmas. My sister and her boyfriend are coming in from San Francisco just in time to enjoy the cold and blowing snow! i am taking them to the Minnesota Vikings/Washington Redskins football game tomorrow night. It should be a blast. I'm going to lock up the studio for a couple of days and enjoy the holidays but as always, if a project needs a quick turn around, I'm all over it! Sunday, December 16, 2007 JUNO IS A SWEET HOLIDAY TREATFor the first time in months I actually got out to see a movie. Wow, do the screens look gigantic when you've been trapped in your studio on the computer screen for most of the winter! So, I went and saw "Juno", the new movie from director Jason Reitman who did "Thank you for Smoking". What a sweet movie! It's funny, well-acted and very touching. Ellen Page who just climbed out from under a rock somewhere is fantastic as the whip-smart teen facing an unplanned pregnancy. The screenplay was written by Diablo Cody, who is from my home town of Minneapolis.
