FIGHTING THE HEAT IN TEXAS!I've been to Dallas three times before but never in July!
It was quite the wake-up call. Every day, the mercury has risen to 100 or more. I am down here teaching for the
week, which has been very interesting. I had some demo sessions at a studio called, "Back at the Ranch" studios
in Waco. It was an awesome studio but 30 minutes from civilization and the place did not have a physical address.
It's one of those studios where musicians go to record and stay for weeks at a time. Sometimes even months.
It was pretty wild! The area outside of Waco is not a good one for your tires to suddenly give out. Back in Dallas
for a few days before I head to Tyler, Texas for one class and then it's home to Minneapolis to prepare for "Voice
2008" in Los Angeles!
