A HERO AND MENTOR HAS PASSED AWAYA hero and mentor of mine, Don LaFontaine passed away yesterday at the age
of 68. Don was responsible for a lot of the movie trailers you hear in the theaters and countless TV promos. He
was a person I looked up to and I'll miss him. A great talent and a wonderful asset to the voiceover community.
My thought and prayers go out to his family.

HAVE A GOOD LABOR DAY HOLIDAY!Good morning! I had a nice time with the family yesterday as we celebrated
my nephew's birthday. Played football with all the young ones and actually held my own! Not bad for a 40 year
old who spends hours a day getting good exercise sitting on his ass in front of microphone. Ha! Have a great holiday
and I hope you get chance to relax and enjoy it. Sunny and 90 here in Minneapolis for the first day of September.
